Thoroughly enjoyed this DIPA from @thebeakbrewery.
It does everything a DIPA should do. This is massively hoppy, and I can definitely pick up on the Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe as they are very distinctive flavours. The mouthfeel is chewy and the flavour is a smooth malty biscuit taste with overripe melon, hint of mango and has a candied orange aftertaste. I definitely need to go back over to Lewes and drink from the source.
