As a beer drinker, I would like to point out that I ALWAYS drink responsibly and ALWAYS take a few days off between trying new beers and writing reviews.
It is vital that I am always in control of my alcohol intake and never the other way around.
Many of the craft beers I drink are often over 6% ABV and drinking a few beers on the same day could put my mental and physical health at risk. On a reviewing day, I have a 3 beer maximum and never drink more than 1 high ABV beer on the same day. I don't have a problem with alcohol and I don't wish to have one. I love beer for the way it tastes and I don't want to fall out of love with it.
If it ever feels like reviewing beers is getting out of control then I will STOP. Blogging about craft beer has helped my mental health during the Covid-19 crisis and I don't want it to have a negative impact on my, or my loved ones lives.
